Great
This is gentle and removes mascara and pencil so easily and gently. At my age my eyes are getting quite wrinkly but this product seems to get into every crevice so a gentle pat with a cotton pad works a treat. It also has a lovely smell. This is the best eye make up remover I have ever used.great

disappointed
It's okay however I'm disappointed as at this price I expected something more. It is very gentle on the eyes but I don't find it particularly good at removing eye make up. I have to use another product first and only then can use this as a secondary product. I don't find the smell appealing either.

Very, very good
There's no denying that this is a great product. It cleans every bit of makeup without scrubbing, irritating or leaving a residue. It even smells good. The price tag routinely makes me wince, but then I remember that I'm not having to do a second cleanse to remove residue and the world feels alright again.
