Great brightening and cooling effect however.....
I bought this over a month ago and on application it has a really nice cooling and brightening effect on the under eye area. However, it has no long term skin care benefits that I can see and has made no difference in the look of my under eye circles. Its only really good on application and the cooling effect lasts for about 10 minutes. I don't think I would repurchase.

I have been looking for a good eye cream for a while, but nothing seemed to work. Until I discovered Tula Skincare Eye Balm! In just two weeks, it has made a noticeable difference in the darkness and puffiness around my eyes. It is lightweight and non-greasy, yet super moisturizing – perfect for day and night use. Great to awaken tired eyes
Fantastic to use at home and on the go to awaken tired eyes. Particularly if you wake up with puffy eyes or you’ve got a long day. Helps with dryness around the eyes too and you can use on top of make up. This product is now part of my everyday skincare.

nice concept
i bought this totally on a whim because i wanted to try something else from Tula other than the cleanser and i don't regret it. the description sounded promising so i was happy to take a chance without doing much research beforehand. love the packaging and application. feels really nice on my eyes.

Absolutely love this eye balm, go everywhere with it. It has an amazing cooling feeling to help wake you up. I work long hours staring at a screen so use during the day as a pick me up too. I apply it directly under my eyes and on my eyelids, and then using a finger gently massage it in. It leaves a slight glimmer, and has a lightening effect when worn under concealer. Running out so will be buying again!
