Moisture-boosting ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, glycerin, and squalane are often included to keep the delicate skin around the eyes smooth and supple, while caffeine is sometimes added to help boost circulation and reduce puffiness.

Use your preferred eye cream, balm, or serum in both your morning and evening routines. If your eye product contains retinol, apply it only at night. Undereye patches can be used as often as you like, but 1-2 times a week is a good place to start.
