Terrible
I don't like the texture. It's so thick and feeling like too much silicone in it. After applying I feel like matte effect on my face. I mean not glowing and it's like matte makeup dry look. I used it with sample lamer treatment lotion underneath and soft cream on top. After 3-4 days I started having red spots on my face and I kept using it hoping going away. Then one week later I got fat like tiny lumps on my left cheek. I don't know which one is causing it, lotion or serum or soft cream! It's so disappointed to buy a serum which is not cheap. At the end I cost me but I could not finish the whole bottle. I wish I never bought it. So many good reviews and I can't believe why lamer is so popular. Anyway it's definitely not for my skin type. I stopped using all three now. I started my usual skin care regime and after a week my rash and tiny fatty bumps are now fading.

Feels great...very bad packaging
This product makes my face feel super soft. However, the packaging and applicator ensure that a considerable amount of the product is left in the bottle. I love the way this product feels but can't imagine purchasing again due to the bottle and applicator. This seems to be a common problem for several Le Mer products which makes me wonder if it's part of their strategy to sell more product. It's disappointing regardless of the reason.

Expensive but effective
This is my go-to remedy whenever I have overdone it with actives/tretinoin and damaged my skin barrier. I have quite sensitive skin so this happens not infrequently. This concentrate is also great for putting on after a sunburn or any burned/irritated skin to aid in healing. It is way too expensive for what it is though. And as someone with combination skin, I find that it can clog my pores if I use too much of it, so I just use it sparingly. It has a beautiful silky slippery texture and melts into your skin. My skin just drinks it up and it's very soothing and calming.

Essential product but packaging could be better
Essential face product. Best way I can describe it is like liquid silk that makes my face feel like new every time, twice a day. Very soothing and just feels amazing. I feel like it's "spa time" every morning and night when I do my La Mer face regimen. I'm always looking forward to the routine, especially the Concentrate step. Does it do what it claims? Sure feels like it! Only criticism: I wish this product came in a jar. It's impossible to get every drop out of the bottle with the applicator. This product is far too good and precious to waste, regardless of the price.
