Annoyingly love this
I really wish I didn't love this given the price. I borrowed my mother's for a week and after consecutive use I didn't even reach to put on makeup today (a rarity). It genuinely makes your skin feel like a newborn baby and any redness is completely diminished.

Not entirely convinced
I got several samples of this so have been able to use it for about 10 days overall. I’m still not sure how I feel about it - on the one hand overall the skin looked good while I was using it, I found the texture strange for a serum. It just felt like a silicone-heavy primer, at first I wasn’t even sure how to layer the cream on top or if you are supposed to. It’s not s bad product, but at that price i would expect miracles! Love their soft cream though and will keep using that, but this one is not for me unfortunately

All time favourite
This is my all time favourite product from La Mer. I cannot live without this especially during the dry winter season. Skin feels smooth and healthy after using this concentrate. I also noticed the difference when I stopped using the product for a while.

Expensive but effective
This is my go-to remedy whenever I have overdone it with actives/tretinoin and damaged my skin barrier. I have quite sensitive skin so this happens not infrequently. This concentrate is also great for putting on after a sunburn or any burned/irritated skin to aid in healing. It is way too expensive for what it is though. And as someone with combination skin, I find that it can clog my pores if I use too much of it, so I just use it sparingly. It has a beautiful silky slippery texture and melts into your skin. My skin just drinks it up and it's very soothing and calming.
Best Use: Treat Redness, Barrier Repair

Skin feels soft
I've tried a 30ml bottle of La Mer serum, the serum works for me, it makes my skin feel soft and hydrated, the texture is rich and condensed but it doesn’t feel sticky, it seems can be incorporated into any brand of face cream, I love this serum but the price is way too expensive. One more big drawback is the lousy bottle design, it only has a plastic stick on the cap, not even a glass tube, and it’s hard to get to the bottom when just used up 2/3 of the serum.
