Dishonest Company, Defective Product
Defective product. I received the product today and discovered that it was only half filled. I see in the comment section that this is quite a common defect. This is extremely dishonest of Fresh to do something like this to the customers. I would like a full refund or at least send me a jar that is fully filled with the product. We paid for a full jar of products, not just half a jar!

Super hydrating
I love this fresh night cream/mask. It is super hydrating and leaves my skin radiant and glowing which I have been complimented on and been asked what products I use. It also has a gentle rose smell, not overpowering as rose can be. I would definitely recommend.

Mysterious issue
I finished one jar of this product in the past and really liked it, so I bought a travel size again. Unfortunately, this time the gel part arrived not filled up. It looked 1/4 less than the cream part, as if someone had used it. However, I am sure the product was new because the box looked pristine. Could it be a batch problem? The previous jar I finished did not have the same issue, but I still finished the gel more quickly than the cream. Now with this jar arrived underfilled, I am sure the gel will run out when I still have half jar of the cream left. If not for this issue I would have given 4-5 stars.

New take on sleep mask
This is a new concept for me, and this first time I tried a two phase sleep mask…. The cooling first step is what really appealed to me due to suffering awful hot flushes no matter the weather. The first step of rise scented gel gives the loveliest cooling effect and the second step is for hydration but fully absorbed overnight leaving skin soft and feeling pampered. Totally adore this mask! Impressed with Fresh as a brand.
