Silly packaging

I was convinced to try this serum instead of my usual one and I’m wholly disappointed. After only a week the pump on one of the sides and stopped working and now I have to unscrew it to try and get the product out. Huge amount of plastic and a big faff. Would not recommend on this basis.

Product is a dream but packing is a nightmare

This serum changed my life - and that isn’t hyperbole in the slightest! I’ve struggled with acne my entire life and have tried everything, but this product has given me better results than anything else I’ve ever used. HOWEVER - the packaging is horrific. The first few bottles I used I thought I ran out within weeks, so wasted who knows how much throwing them out and replacing - then finally realised that it’s just the pumps that are useless. There is so much plastic waste, and it’s impossible to actually use what’s left in the bottle. Unfortunately this seems to be the case across her line. I will keep buying because it works so well, but am so resentful of the waste. It feels like she’s either trying to scam customers into purchasing more, or doesn’t care in the slightest about sustainability… or both. Either way, it’s a huge black mark on what would otherwise be a holy grail item.

Impressed

I really like Emma Lewisham and her products and wanted to try this serum since I saw the clinical study results. I was little bit suspicious as it looked too good, but once I tried it - it really does work hard to help with blemishes and it became instantly my holy grail. Really really amazing product and I already stashed myself for next few months. I can't recommend enough for anybody suffering redness and acne or hormonal blemishes as this tremendously helps and clears the skin without stripping it.

Best serum for sensitive hormonal skin

Recommended by a sales assistant in Battersea and haven’t looked back. Has calmed and helped clear the hormonal acne on my chin. Have recommended to two friends who love it as much as I do, build up to daily use for people with sensitive skin. Really love Emma Lewisham products, works well on my acne without aggravating my skin.

Promising but ultimately disappointing

I bought this as I have all sorts of skin issues, enlarged pores, combination skin, acne and a mention in a magazine suggested it would be a game changer thanks to the probiotics within. Initially the packaging was futuristic and fun but after about a week I could never get the same amount of product out of both sides. The whole lot lasted me about a month which makes this very expensive and the product itself suggests you should use for 3 months to see true results. Will not be purchasing this brand again.
