Gentle but unsure how effective
Thus far, I've used closer to two bottles of the Tatcha Violet-C Brightening Serum. Truth be told, I have nothing in particular to complain about. The serum is thin, absorbs easily and doesn't leave a sticky residue. It's unscented and only has a hint of a scent from the other ingredients, which hasn't disturbed me at all. However, I am not sure how much of a result I have obtained by using this serum. Personally, I'd rather be investing my money into the Drunk Elephant C-Firma Fresh serum - despite it having a stronger scent typical of vitamin C products. In addition to C-Firma being undeniably effective, the price is also a bit more wallet-friendly compared to this Tatcha product.

Good product
I enjoy using this vitamin c serum, it gives my skin a pretty glow and it does not irritate my sensitive skin at all. I do not find that it has made a huge difference to the condition of my skin overall, but I like the effect when I use it and I notice a difference day to day if I skip this step.

Not worth the money
On the advice of a friend and having seen many good reviews of this product, I decided to take the plunge. I shouldn’t have bothered. This caused me to break out and did nothing it said on the tin. I also found the texture to be too watery. I took it right back to the Space NK store and thankfully, was refunded. For the price, I certainly wouldn’t recommend and have gone back to the Drunk Elephant range.

The nicest vitamin C formula
If you’re looking for a vitamin c formula that combines a serum and potency this is your product. It’s light weight and easy to use under the Tatcha moisturisers. I’ve noticed a real difference in my skin brightness and texture after using this for a month. My skin can get quite full and dehydrated and this paired with the dewy skin cream seems to make all the difference! I would really recommend this in a basic quick but luxurious and effective skincare routine. I’m a mum on the go but love products that work but are also beautiful on the skin. I can’t recommend Tatcha products highly enough.

One of my favourite
The formula of this Vitamin C is amazing, it had ultralight texture that absorbs effortlessly. It also gently exfoliates. I’m using the serum in my evening routine, following The Essence as they work in perfect tandem to keep my skin soft, smooth, radiant and younger looking.
