The Phyto-Cernes Eclat tinted concealer consists of an advanced formula. It works to effortlessly hide dark circles and darkened areas with its ultra-pure pigments. It consists of arnica, red vine and ginkgo biloba extracts that attempt to minimise signs of fatigue and visibly do away with fine lines and wrinkles. It also ensures that the condition of the eye area looks and feels attractive and healthy.
