Tips:
- For sparse brows, fill in gaps with Brow Harmony Precision Pencil first, then apply the gel to set and enhance definition.
- For full or unruly brows, apply the gel first to shape and hold. Once set, use a brow pencil to add hair-like strokes where needed.
