Apply after skincare. Gently massage a pea-sized amount onto skin with fingertips. Follow with Tinted Moisturiser or Foundation.
Saturate the Velour Puff with powder, working the powder into the puff by folding and rubbing the halves together. Tap off excess. Press puff onto skin using a rolling motion to work the powder into the face and set makeup.
