This charcoal coloured cleanser has been formulated with Moroccan lava clay, in addition to phytic acid, a plant-based botanical sourced from Japan that works to exfoliate the skin for a smoother, more youthful appearance.
As a daily face wash, Kiehl's Age Defender Cleanser removes dirt and oil from the skin for a deep, refreshing clean. When used as a masque, it attacks dead skin cells to help erase the appearance of fine lines and to help improve the skin's texture.

For use as a daily cleanser:
• Dampen face and hands with warm water.
• Add water to face, work into a lather and massage onto skin with circular motions.
• Rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry.
For use as a mask, up to three times per week:
• Apply a visible layer to clean skin allow mask to dry for 5 minutes.
• Rinse with warm water and massage skin in a gentle circular motion, allowing orange bark to exfoliate skin.
• Pat dry with a towel.
