Mario Badescu Witch Hazel & Rosewater Toner has natural astringent properties that help to ensure the removal of impurities from the complexion without stripping the skin. Blended with floral bouquets of rosewater, rose oil and black rose, the toner is rich in antioxidants to help protect the skin from free radical damage.
The toner also contains soothing aloe vera that delivers hydration to quench the skin and replenish the moisture barrier. For use twice a day after cleansing to help restore skin clarity and promote a radiant glow.
