Stylist, WhoWhatWear contributor and unintentional interiors influencer Monikh Dale has perfected her minimalist aesthetic down to a fine art. From her wardrobe to the furnishing in her London flat, everything has a purpose and nothing looks out of place. Monikh is equally as streamlined with her beauty routine.

“I try to keep my beauty regime as simple as possible, working out what suits my skin best and then forever loving it,” says Monikh. “I have products that I will use daily, religiously.” Which products have made the cut? Read on to find out…

My Morning Routine Is Always The Same…

It works for my skin and I don’t like to divert from it too much. Every morning I cleanse and tone, then use a serum, moisturiser and finally SPF.

I’m More Flexible With My Evening Regimen…

Depending on what my skin needs that day I’ll tweak my evening routine. Two to three times a week, I tend to steam my face and follow with some LED light therapy and a sheet mask – usually Foreo Make My Day UFO Activated Mask. If I’m feeling stressed I’ll press a Gua Sha tool onto my skin while I’m wearing the sheet mask to help release any tension.

Hydration Is A Big Focus For Me…

I feel like hydration is what my skin lacks. Especially with having darker skin, I think it’s always key to keep it looking bright and not ashy. Sarah Chapman Skinesis Intense Hydrating Booster is incredible! If I’m in need of a pick-me-up I’ll slather on two layers and leave it to sink in.

I Alternate My Acids…

Using a toner daily is key to keeping my skin balanced. REN Ready Steady Glow Daily AHA Tonic is my go-to. Vitamin C is my favourite skincare ingredient, so I try to incorporate into my everyday routine in some form or another. Rodial Vit C Brightening Pads are my guilty pleasure – I love them! A quick swipe over with them and they make my skin look instantly fresher. To avoid overloading my skin and because it’s so potent, I only use Sunday Riley A+ High Dose Retinol Serum twice a week and never at the same time as my vitamin C.

LED Gadgets Are Game-Changing…

I’m forever grateful for being introduced to LED light gadgets. They’ve helped so much with my scaring, texture and overall glow. I love both Foreo UFO LED Thermo Activated Smart Mask Device and Dr. Dennis Gross DRx SpectraLite FaceWare Pro.
