Using the Positive Light Precision Highlighter Brush, use light strokes to apply to the high points of your face (i.e., tops of cheekbones, brow bone, bridge of the nose, cupid’s bow).
For a more intense highlight, first spritz your brush with Rare Beauty’s Always An Optimist 4-in-1 Mist, then sweep across the powder and apply your highlighter.
