- Step 2: Use light strokes to apply to the high points of your face (i.e., tops of cheekbones, brow bone, bridge of the nose, cupid’s bow). Remember, less is more!
- Step 3: Doubles as eyeshadow. Apply to lids for a glass-like sheen. Tip: For an even more intense highlight, first spritz your brush with the Rare Beauty’s Always an Optimist 4-in-1 Mist, then sweep across the powder and apply Made of 50% pearl microshimmers set in a semi-sheer base, this highlighter is more delicate than it looks. Blinding!!
This highlighter is so Smooth, I have texture skin and the formula of this highlighter is like a baked formula. It’s so blurring and blinding. It’s beautiful. I can’t stop wearing the highlighter and I have so many.

Insane glow!
Bought the shade ‘Mesmerized’ and the glow is insane! So when you’re light to medium don’t take a lighter shade unless you want to blind everyone in traffic. I was afraid it would be to pink, but that’s not the case; this shade blends into the skin beautifully. It it’s patchy and I don’t find it enhancing texture although fortunately I don’t have a lot of texture to begin with.
