Not for me
I usually don’t have a bad reaction to most of the skincare I used, but this one broke me out after 1-2 days I put on the lotion. My face had one or two zits came out that I’m not supposed to have at age 45. So I gave it to one of my friend who has a oily skin and, fortunately, she’s OK with that lotion.

Superb hydrating lotion
La Mer's treatment lotion is one of the best, if not best, lotions I have used. And I have used many. I use this straight after double cleanse and instead of misting. It prepares your skin for all other products and is incredibly hydrating. You only need a little bit, it goes a long way. I much prefer this to e.g. Tatcha's Essence, which is much more watery and less hydrating in my opinion.

Great product
I have oily skin and do not use lotions much, but this lotion proved to be rather effective in winter when my skin is drier - when applied under a moisturiser, I definitely saw an improvement and my skin was more hydrated and supple. A subtle change but rather noticeable, so I will be purchasing a full size product
