Good for thick hair
These hair ties as they do not tug on my hair at all and look really pretty in my hair. The pattern is beautiful and also the packaging makes it great for gifting also. They are quite expensive however so if you want to splurge on a luxury hair tie this is great. This size is perfect for thick hair

Lovely!
I really like these scrunchies. I've tried various silk scrunchies and these are by far the best - they manage to keep my hair tied up whilst still keeping the benefits of being silk. Past hair ties I've tried have ended up needing to be too tight to gain any advantage from the silk covering. I have very curly hair, so I am constantly on the look out for hair products that keep my curls for as long as possible, and therefore reduce my wash days. The product is great, but they lose one star for being too expensive. I couldn't justify spending over £10 per scrunchie again - I'd only repurchase if there was an offer.

Silk scrunchie
I’m unsure about these scrunchies - the silk feels beautiful and I think that they really do reduce breakage. The elastic in the scrunchie stretched out really quickly though - I was really surprised by this. I thought that the elastic would not stretch this much, particularly given the price point of them. After they had stretched out I did wash them on gentle in the front loader, but this didn’t seem to shrink them back into shape. The care instructions said to spot clean. I thought that you would be able to wash them gently given that they are being worn in your hair.

Nice, wouldn't repurchase
I purchased these so I could keep my hair up at night and because they were meant to help minimise breakage. While they definitely look and feel like a chicer way of keeping hair out the way, I feel like the tightness required to keep my hair up negates the minimising effects of the silk. So as nice as they are, they're probably a little expensive for how much use I'm getting out of them. I'd also say they don't totally avoid taking curl/wave out of hair that you've heat styled.

Too chunky in my view
Generally I am the biggest fan of slip scrunches! However, this particular type of scrunches is just too big for me and I find they look very silly on me and not classy like their other sizes. I will stick to the skinny ones! Otherwise good quality as always if you are going for the more 90s style.
