Download the FOREO For You app. Activate Bluetooth and sync device with the app.
Cleanse your face with an oil-free cleanser, removing makeup, oils, and impurities.
Apply a thin layer of FOREO’s conductive serum for a safe and effective treatment.
Select your pre-set routine and microcurrent intensity via the app or manually with the universal button.
Glide BEAR™ 2 go across your skin for 2 minutes across desired areas. The device will switch off once the routine is complete.
Continue with your regular skincare routine.
Use for 2 minutes once a day, at any time of the day or night.
Wash the device surfaces with soap and water, rinse with clean water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel. Allow device to air-dry.

Love it!
I bought it a couple of months ago and I can say that this was the right decision for me. My nasolabial lines are much less visible, and the area around my eyes has recovered. I use it every day for 2 minutes and that's really too short a time to get such a good result. Love it!

Disaster for me..
Unfortunately, I am not a lucky customer. I have been using this device almost every morning since December. I had pain in my throat since December. I thought it was a cold. In the last 2-3 weeks, the lymph node in my neck has been hurting so much. I went to many doctors, 2 large lab tests. I slept with painkillers. I often cried, I had to rest in the office, in the car, at home, I didn't work..I had such pains in my neck and throat. I haven't used foreo on the 3rd day and the pain is almost completely gone. It may not be useful to use frequent micro currents on our face. I am very disappointed that I bought this product and it has caused a lot of problems in my life. It's possible I received the wrong item. I will never use Foreo again...

Great device
Bought this and love it. Super easy to use and easily customizable. Small but powerful and enjoyable. You really feel it working. Don't see a big difference visually, but my skin is definately softer and smoother.

Works well for me
It's a truly brilliant microcurrent device, I like it so much! It's really cute, well made and the treatments are painless. I love that it has an anti shock system as opposed to other devices that don't have it. It's much safer, it works well for me, and the results are actually visible after a couple of sessions. It lifts my eyebrows and cheekbones nicely, and I look snatched! It has given me a real confidence boost and I finally feel confident to go out bare faced again.

So, needless to say that if you have the Beat you don’t need a mini. The regular Bear is small enough to travel with. This one has more comfortable postiton around your cheekbones and does the same- in time improves the contour of the face and de-puffs. It works with a gel so this is additional money you will be spending - keep this in mind.
