One of the best…
I absolutely love this creamy eye product from Kiehl’s and have been using it for years! It really is an OG product that I can’t live without, plus it’s excellent value for money. I love that it makes my under eyes brighter and feel very hydrated. The consistency makes it very easy to blend in around and under the eyes. This eye cream sits very well under make up too! I highly recommend using this product on cleansed skin in the morning and at night.

Long term fan!
Been purchasing for years…the jar lasts for ages! I absolutely love to wear this eye cream under my concealer, it ensures it doesn’t look cakey or crease! Really soothing in the evening on dry and tired eyes. Just a great all rounder! Huge fan!! Try it…..you won’t be disappointed…..

Perfect as a base!
I never thought about getting this before, but a sales associate at my local Space NK suggested it as a base to use under my rare beauty under eye concealer. It's hydrating, and smooths my skin which is perfect before applying the concealer. A little goes a long way so I can see this tub lasting ages!

Why did you change the formulation?
I’ve been so sad since you changed the formulation. (I’m in the UK). This cream used to be SO thick, beautiful, and within one use the scaliness and dryness of my eyelids had completely gone. My skin felt supple, soft and moisturised in a way that no other eye cream (for 20 years of trying!) had ever done. And best of all - it didn’t migrate into my very sensitive eyes, even when put near the eyes. But then I noticed the most recent pot was definitely a lot thinner consistently than normal, and worst of all, it migrated into eyes even when I put it very high up on my top eyelid and very low down on my bottom eyelid. it completely defeats the purpose of what this eye cream used to be and what it claims. It’s no longer super thick and hydrating, and it now migrates into eyes and causes irritation and burning, so I have to wipe it away. Why would you do this to such a perfect product?

Amazing
I haven't found a 5 star eye cream yet but this comes close. It is very hydrating and works perfectly for my sensitive under eyes. It works very well under almost any concealer. I had a reaction to another eyecream and this was very soothing and has never caused issues. Although very creamy and moisterising, I haven't noticed a difference in my finelines or dark circles so I would say this is more of a day eye cream and for night I use something with active ingredients.
