Best ever eye cream
I’ve been using this eye cream for over 25 years and I’ve never thought of writing a review on it until now. Whilst the price has gone up in 25 years the quality of the product has remained the same. It’s a thick under eye cream that I use religiously at night and in the morning under my make up. I had tried several other eye creams over the years but I always go back to this. I just hope they NEVER discontinue it.

Eye cream may be great, but concerning customer service
Used a sample, loved it, purchased full size. Felt different. Contacted Shiseido customer service who said there have been no formula changes within the past year. Ingredients say otherwise. Dishonest.

One eye cream I DO NOT react to
I just learned this eye cream is being discontinued. Too bad, as it's the ONLY eye cream I can use without swelling, redness and burning, requiring WEEKS of recovery time. As to effectiveness, it's really only so so.

Great features
I bought this cream two weeks ago. After 5 days, I saw already the effect. It reduced the wrinkles under my eyes are and soften the skin. Also, it diminished dark circles under my eyes and provides deep hydration around the eyes. Because I have a combined skin type, it perfectly matches for all skin types. This product is so creamy and moisturizing and I do enjoy that a little goes a long way, so I’m hoping it will last quite some time.
