Not doing much
It might just be my experience, but I've tried a lot of spot treatments and this one isn't doing much at all. Maybe it helps with small, shallow spots if you apply it a couple of nights in a row, but for more serious spots, this doesn't cut it unfortunately. If you apply a thin layer, you can probably dust some powder over it and wear it during the day. But be careful not to use too much, especially if you apply a liquid product over it, because it will pill.

Works, but needs makeup
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well, blemishes shrink almost overnight (or two). Don't leave scars or discolouration like the otherwise would. However this dries quite shiny compared to rest of the skin, so needs makeup to go on top to make it blend in otherwise it's quite obvious in well lit conditions.

Works really well under makeup
I have acne prone skin so I am always on the lookout for new spot treatments. Finding one that works under makeup has been a problem for me, so I was excited. Looks well under makeup! However the spot treating features themselves are not too impressive, no significant changes to spots.

I love the BB/CC-creams from Erborian but the skincare I've tried has so far been pretty mid. This one however I really like. Despite the name I wasn't expecting it to actually form a film around the blemish area, but it does. It's not quite like a pimple patch, but close. And yeah, it does work. This does a very decent job at flattening pimple over night. You only need a little bit of product. Considering how expensive pimple-patches are nowadays I see this as much more affordable option. This will last for a very long time.
