Apply two to three pumps on to your face, neck, décolleté and eye contour, each morning and night. Gently massaging into skin until it is absorbed.
How to use the Alter-Care Serum refill system:
- Lift the refill out of the bottle
- Hold the neck of the refill, unscrew the cap and put it aside
- Take the pump and screw the refill into it
- Hold the bottle with the STELLA logo facing you, then insert the pump and refill into the bottle with the pump facing you. Ensure it is fully inserted and then screw until you hear a click.
- Keep the cap of the refill if you wish to use it by itself or on the go

Great refill
These refills are a great idea for topping up products that are getting low but from my opinion the could be a little more keenly priced to encourage use. The 20ml size is the equivalent of the full size per ml! Yes there is still a carbon footprint producing refills but going forward they would inevitably save on waste. However as this serum is so lovely I have given 5-stars and hope to buy more products in the range.

AN OKAY SERUM, IN A NICE REFILL POUCH
The three products in the Stella range are quite nice - the restore cream is my favourite, the serum second and the cleanser third. This serum is almost like a lotion, so probably best suited to use during the day (unlike the cream which is most suited to use at night). I wasn't blown away by it and at this price will definitely not repurchase. The refillable bottle is a lovely idea but the cost of the bottle is expensive (£20 more than the refill) for a basic glass bottle. I would consider simply buying the full size refills as these are more practical for travel than the glass travel sizes.

Hydrating serum
I really enjoying using this serum I just finished my first and I already have a backup one, it’s very hydrating and I like that it’s also works to brighten under my eyes which is amazing I usually use most of my serum also around my eyes but I like that in the benefits they mention that it’s suitable to use around the eyes too.

Alter-Care Serum Refill
I love that you can buy refills for this product for both the travel and full sizes! Everyone should be doing this! The serum itself has a lovely subtle scent and it sinks into skin beautifully leaving it feeling hydrated and supple. I’ve noticed a reduction in fine lines since using this twice daily and also more glowy, dewy skin.

Nice
This is a nice, lightweight, good serum for my oily skin. Offering it as a refill is a great thing to see from a luxury brand! I have been using this serum at night time, and it gives a pretty finish to my skin. The serum is light and fluid, spreads well, and feels hydrating, but it won't actually do much compared to active serums - I was aware of this, and I do like the experience of using such a luxe product. This is good for maintaining good skin, and giving hydration. It also smells beautiful! The cream is medium thickness, also spreads well, and provides a good barrier over the serum to lock it in place, especially overnight.
