- For a sheer wash of color, swipe the wand along your lid to apply a thin layer. Start with a small amount of product—a little goes a long way.
- Gently pat with your finger or use a brush to blend. Liquid Powder sets quickly, so we recommend working on one eye at a time.
- For a deeper dose of color, apply another thin layer and blend with your finger or a brush. Let the first layer dry completely before adding more color.

Cool application
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This eye shadow is really awesome! I found that my fingers provided too much coverage, so I will dab it on and then use an eyeshadow brush to even it out. It’s nice that it’s wet, so powder isn’t falling on your cheek when applying. Also, there was no crease after hours of wear, very cool! Move fast, because it dries quickly. One eyelid at a time.

Underwhelming
As far as liquid eyeshadows go, this one is fine. Not great, not good, just fine. As a positive, the shade “Dove” is unique and very chic. That being said, you can’t build this formula up at all. If you try to add more, you’ll pick up the first layer and it will all wipe away - even if you let it dry in between coats. So if you like your eyeshadow to go on in a light wash, this will be perfect for you. That being said, it does wear perfectly fine and works as a base for powder eyeshadow.

Application great but flakes off later
