Description

Strengthen the hair while ensuring that it is clean by using the Christophe Robin Cleansing Volumizing Paste with every wash. This cleansing hair treatment differs from other forms of shampoo as the texture is closer to a paste than a liquid, allowing for easy control of quantity and use.

The Christophe Robin Cleansing Volumizing Paste is formulated to strengthen the hair with it feeling thicker at the tips and volumised at the roots.

The thick paste turns into a light, rose-scented foam once water is added, which can be gently massaged into the hair and is easily rinsed off with water. Its beneficial results can be intensified by leaving it on the hair for two minutes before rinsing.

How to Apply

On wet hair : use a tablespoon worth of product (more or less, depending on the length of your hair) rub into your palms, and apply all over your hair. With a delicate touch, make circular motions until you feel the paste turn to foam, and make sure you lift the roots. Add a little water, emulsify, and rinse abundantly.

For an intensified effect: let it sit for 2 minutes before you rinse.Then, apply the volumizing conditioner with rose extracts to lengths and ends.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Kathie from Great deep cleansing shampoo This is great deep cleansing shampoo that gives you amazing volume and hairs feel so lightweight. I found the best way to use it for my hair (fine, dyed) - small amount (coin size) of paste mix with a bit of water in the hands, and start to massage into the wet (well wet) scalp and roots, continue to add water with the hands to make more foam, go from roots till ends. If you use lots of heavy styling products, you might need to pre-wash your hair with regular shampoo before, and then deep clean with paste. A little goes a longs way! I use it once a week (means every third time when I wash my hair) for 3 months and i used like third of 75ml jar.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Dani P from Strange but wonderful I forest received a sample of Christophe Robin’s rose pate to try, I was initially put off by the texture and look of the product, but when I used it , it blew me away, I’m not usually a fan of rose scent but this is so natural i didn’t mind it, it has a scrubby feel to it on initial application, just when you think the texture isn’t working out it magically turns into the most rich foam. My hair felt so lightweight and properly clean, and the volume is no joke, I’ve since went on to purchase the full size twice, and as gifts for the finer haired people in my life. It is expensive but lasts a long time and it adds a bit of luxury to showering

Rated 5 out of 5 by Vixen from Love it hair feels super clean and thicker This may take a little getting used to as it feels like it’s an exfoliator for your face but when you put it on wet hair it scrubs your scalp lifting your roots, removing dandruff and really refreshing the skin, THEN it turns into this amazingly soft soapy lather that is easy to work through my very long hair. My hair does look thicker after this and once you get over the fact it doesn’t look like you would expect you are gonna love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Neenachabou from Loved this as a shampoo... ...but not as scrub. As someone mentioned below, you gonna need just a little amount to wash your hair, as it lathers so very good. But if you try to cover all your scalp with a product without lathering to massage and scrub it - you gonna end up with a half of the jar on your head. So I’m gonna use it as a perfect deep cleansing volumizing shampoo, and try something else for scrubbing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Minke from Didn't expect I would like this I received this in the advent calendar and opened up the jar and was surprised to see the paste inside. I read some reviews and decided to give it a try. It takes some trial and error to see how much paste you need but once you get the hang of it it's worth it. I have a lot of hair but it's very fine and nothing gives me as much volume as this. It's magic in a jar for me.
