Not for me
To be honest my main reason for buying this cream was for the smell. I had a sample of the original cream a while ago and was crazy about the scent but had to be really careful not to apply to much of the original as it was very rich. When I saw they had a light version I thought it would be ideal I would get the scent I love in my hair and also wouldn't have to be so careful when applying. However, it isn't the same scent and you can barely smell it. The cream itself just did nothing for my hair, didn't make it shiny or soft. All it did was make my hair feel like it had product in it.

Perfect for fine hair
As someone with fine and oily hair I have struggled for years to find a leave in conditioner that actually conditions without causing build up, and this is it. It feels thicker than you would hope on first use, but it works into the hair easily and once dried it looks shiny, healthy, and hydrated. I will be repurchasing.

Lightweight and effective
I use this as a detangler and leave-in conditioner after washing my fine, bobbed hair. A little goes a long way. I am not sure whether it makes my hair “shine”, but it suits my primary purpose perfectly. It spreads more easily and is lighter-weight than my previous conditioners, and leaves my hair feeling soft and smooth without being over-weighted. There is no sticky or greasy residue.
