I started these supplements the day that my son was born as I received the 30 day capsule pot as a gift from Space NK. I started them this day as I was worried about post partum hair loss and thinning. Since having my son 4 weeks ago I have had nothing but complements on how amazing and full my hair looks and I completely agree. No difference
I received the Ouai Thick and Full supplements as a gift, so my trail was only go 30 days. In that time, I didn’t see any change in my hair. They are rather expensive, so I can’t see myself buying them. If I had seen any sort of difference, despite the price, I may have been tempted,

Works, but not a miracle worker
I have finished the three-month course and I must say that I've baby hair all over my scalp and my hair looks thicker and fuller. Having said that, I'm not sure if it has increased my hair strength as I'm still shedding as before. The only difference I note is that my hair is growing back faster. If hair growth is your main concern. I'd definitely recommend it. But if you want faster hair regrowth reduced shedding improved hair strength, you would be disappointed.

Expensive
I was fortunate to get these supplements as part of a goody bag. It is too soon to see any benefit but generally I think that they are so expensive continuing use would be prohibitively expensive. There are other supplements for a fraction of the price available.

I have started using this product 2 months ago. I am on my third bottle. I like this product because it has lots of vitamins. I haven't noticed much improvement in my hair but nails and skin looks better. I would recommend this product. The sale assistant did say that needs at least 3 months to see improvement. I like the offers and getting points. The shop is nice and has a lot of choice. I like this brand.
