Great before bed
Although this makes no difference to my sleep (who is why I’ve give it 4 stars) I like using it in summer when I have a shower before bed as it’s much more relaxing than my usual grapefruit one. It’s a very soothing spa-like scent. Nice lather and isn’t drying.

very nice
I regularly purchase This Works shower gel. They blend this scent so very well and it does make one feels calm and relaxed. I use it as a bath soak from time to time. This foams slightly and works out cheaper than this works bath salts. Have gone through so many bottles of this stuff this will be a forever purchase for me!

I’m in HEAVEN
I can’t even express how much I adore this shower gel that has become part of my nighttime routine every evening. It soothes the skin and lathers really nicely and smells so calming and helps me relax my mind and body. So glad I discovered this day as I also have the morning shower gel. Both combined are a total dream.

Smells lovely
I bought this recently as a gift for a friend who was having trouble sleeping. They said it had a really lovely scent and left skin feeling moisturised. It lathered nicely so you didn’t need to use too much and the texture was really nice on the skin. Didn’t notice any difference in the sleep but smelt good!

Calms the senses
I received this as part of an Christmas Set with the bath salts,sleep spray and candle and it was so good I bagged another set in the sale. The products wether used together or separately promote a sense of calm and relaxation so for anyone struggles to unwind I would recommend. I've used the gel in both the shower and in the bath and it works well either way. Lathers well and leaves me feeling clean without stripping the skin and smelling lovely.
