In home treatment
This is very versatile. I use this for many reasons, aches, inflammation, treating any skin infections, it's very good to have and to keep. No regrets on buying this. Only thing I can think of is that I get my most number of use for this and it lasts me years.

Pricey but multi-purpose
I got this after getting the Dr Dennis face mask and use them in tandem. I focus on neck, décolletage and upper arms where they're a bit squidy and get small spots at the back that just don't seem to shift. You can but try! I aim and do the neck/decolletage aeas daily and upper arms 2-3 times weekly using the 3 minute timer. It's a really easy device to use and very flexible but feels sturdy. Been using it for a year on and off now and think it is helping. You can use it all over to ease body aches so see it as a multi-purpose tool with multiple benefits.

It's flexible!
I splurged on this because I felt the face and eye mask worked very well for me, I get fewer spots and they are quite comfortable to wear. This one is also a true wearable device, cordless and the best thing is that it is flexible and you can 'mould' it around the area that you are treating - neck, back, elbow, knee.

worth the money
this is very expensive but worth the money. I use the 14 minute cycle on joints and it relieves workout pain. I also use the 3 minute red LED cycle on my neck. I haven't needed to use the blue setting yet but it's handy to know it's there if I need it
