Would purchase again
I recently picked up Aromatherapy Associates Inner Strength Oil and couldn't be happier. Its scent is both calming and energizing, with a hint of spicy warmth that really helps me stay focused throughout the day. I love how it makes me feel and would definitely purchase it again!

One of the best
This one is another winner from AA. To me this is the most unique of their shower oils and the name really says it all. The scent of this has a way of grounding me and bringing me back to the present. Of all the versions of the bath and shower oil I've tried this is one I'd like to keep on hands at all times because the scent of sage is one of my all time favorites. As with all of their products, the packaging is great and really feels expensive.

Gorgeous
This is my second bottle of the Aromatherapy Associates Inner Strength Bath and Shower Oil. It has the most beautiful fragrance which is really grounding and soothing. I apply before showering and it makes the shower feel like a spa experience! Leaves my skin beautifully hydrated. Don't need to use an additional body lotion which is a bonus.

My new staple
I was looking for an oil that would help me sleep, and I stumbled on this gem. It's the perfect blend of lavender and sandalwood. The scent is very relaxing and it really helps me unwind. I've been using it every night, at least 3 or 4 drops, before bed and my sleep has improved dramatically!

lovely and relaxing
This particular blend is supposed to help lift low spirts. The smell is lovely and a bath almost always helps me feel better. However, I do really like how versatile this oil is. You can pour it straight in the bath, or apply it to your body before stepping into the bath or shower. The fact that it can be applied directly to the skin shows how good a quality it is in my opinion. I love baths but don't always have the time (especially when I'm stressed/busy) so it's nice to be able to make a shower more indulgent and relaxing.
