Soothing
I really enjoyed using this body butter, isn’t as thick as other body butters didn’t leave my skin feeling sticky or tacky perfect to use before going to bed. The scent is amazing really soothing and relaxing. Definitely recommend if struggle to relax before going to sleep. Will be trying the bath soak next.

Part of my bedtime routine
I have been using this body cream on my legs every night before bed and it has made a huge difference to my sleep - together with a magnesium glycinate supplement. It helps me sleep through the night, I am never without it now. I also used it to help when my shoulder went into spasm - it worked even better than volterol gel - the only negative is that it gave me spots over my upper back as it is a rich cream so I stick to using it on my legs and sometimes arms.

Guaranteed good nights sleep!……………………………………………….. Soothes aching muscles and the scent is just heavenly! It really aids a good nights sleep for me! Sure it’s an indulgent purchase…….but as it really works for me I Will repurchase time and time again!

Delicious body cream, unsure on other claims
I've tried a sample of this so really it wasn't enough product/for long enough to test the better sleep or muscle relief claims. I feel like it didn't hurt and did smell lovely and calming; plus the cream itself left my skin soft but not greasy, which is a nightmare if you want to put your pyjamas on straight afterwards. Don't think you'd be disappointed in it as body cream even if the other effects weren't felt!

Hydration and relaxation
I got this as a sample so I have not tried it for long but it felt great on application, even with a thicker texture it applied well, it absorbed well and the smell is so relaxing. I can't comment on any muscle relief though. I would consider buying it in normal size to try for longer.
