Cleanse: With an oil-free cleanser.

Definitely Recommend

I use it every day, usually in the morning. It only takes 5 minutes. The front it gives my face is amazing. I could see a difference in my neck immediately and the results feel to me to be getting better each day. I read that the effects last a day and I would say that is probably true with regard to the fresh feeling and lift you get afterwards. But I am seeing gradual improvement to my skin tone and radiance each day. Would definitely recommend

I tell everyone I know about this

BUT the mini+ has access to the app, so you can track progress and photos and get routines to follow along with connected to the device. They’ve done it again, absolutely love this product.
