Orders placed over the weekend or on UK Bank Holidays will be processed the next working day.
Unfortunately not. If you choose to change the delivery method, you'll be charged the cost for the one you select.
Your Limitless Beauty subscription is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you purchased your subscription before 09/08/2023 your subscription will not automatically renew. If you subscribed on or after 09/08/2023 it will automatically renew unless you cancel before your next renewal date.
Payment for your renewal will be taken on or around the first day of each new renewal term.
If you change your mind and wish to cancel your subscription, we offer a 14-day cancellation period. To request this, please get in touch with our Customer Services team.
You can also stop your subscription from automatically renewing at any time before your next renewal date via “My Account”. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current subscription term. You'll receive an email before your subscription automatically renews.
