Hair soft and glossy!
I have thick hair but used a sample of this - the shampoo washed well and the conditioner was rich and lovely. I didn't need much and my hair felt incredibly soft and the smell is really pleasant - not too strong. This left my hair less frizzy than it's been since I started dyeing it to hide the grey. I really like the results after using my normal products post wash when blow drying. I am very tempted to try the full size, as it's not easy to find something that really works on my hair with the hardness of London water and the damp weather!

Great conditioner with instant results
This is a great conditioner and delivers smoothing and shine without weighing down the hair. Is effective from the first use and a great addition to daily hair care routine. It has the signature Ouai scent and is long lasting on the hair. Good value price too and an all round winner - does what it say.

Have amended previous review
I previously reviewed this when I had first purchased it and only gave it a 4 but upon reflection it was too heavy handed. I think it does deserve a 5. The reason being it really does make my hair shiny and manageable and it really does deliver what it says.

OUAI Medium Hair Conditioner
The scent in this conditioner is far too overpowering (and wasn't that nice a fragrance either) and aggrivated my sensitive scalp so I would advise those with similar scalp to stay well clear. It also felt like my hair was very coated afterwards (like product build-up) which was surprising given that I'd only used it once. Shame really as I had high hopes for this product given the other reviews I had read but sadly not for me.

Scent-sational!
I’ve been dying to swap over to these products for a while now and I will never look back. I love the smell, and it left my hair soft and clean. Styling lasts longer and my hair feels much more hydrated. Couldn’t recommend enough, especially if paired with the Ouai Hair Mask - a trip I will keep in my regime for a long time!
