After cleansing hair with the Drunk Elephant shampoo of your choice, apply a small amount of Silkamino™ Masker, starting at the ends and working up to the roots. Wait 1-3 minutes and rinse well. For a deeper weekly treatment, apply a generous amount, comb through to disperse evenly, and wait 20-30 minutes before rinsing.

Lovely product.
I used a 10ml sample size of this product on my waist length hair. Firstly - that was enough. I did have my doubts but by following the instructions it was perfect and once the product was worked into the ends of my hair there was plenty to work into the scalp as it kind of changed to a more fluid liquid consistency. No fragrance at all. Left on for 5 minutes. Rinsed off very nice and my hair did feel smooth. However the best part - not one tangle or knot in my hair. At all. It blow dried beautifully and my hair is very smooth and frizz free. Combined with the DE shampoo it’s left my hair looking very healthy and shiny.

Great hair mask

Leaves hair but bot oily( i dont put it on my roots though) will repurwhen i run out but you get a good amount

Too heavy for fine hair
I dont think I’m the target audience for a super hydrating hair mask as my hair is super fine and naturally blond and generally only works well with super gentle shampoo and conditioners. I love the hair care line and already use the cocomino products, so was keen to try this. It made my hair feel soft and silky on day 1 but by day 2 my hair was a greasy mess and I ended up reshampooing with a clarifying product. I think this product will be great in the summer after beach days and heavy chlorine and sun exposure, but it won’t be going into my regular hair care rotation.

Conditioner and Mask 2 in 1
My dry hair loves deep treatments, so I was excited to try this. It is a thick cream and I like the squeezey tube. I leave this in after I shampoo for as long as I can, I feel it works best when left in longer than 5 minutes. It leaves my hair softer, less fizzy,and bouncier so I need less taming products after use.
