best shampoo!
I really love this shampoo. It foams up well and gives a very thorough cleanse without stripping my scalp or hair at all. It also leaves my hair feeling so much stronger with consistent use. A little goes a long way so this bottle lasts ages. Smells really good too.

Disappointing
I purchased the Botanical Repair shampoo and conditioner after using the Botanical Repair Leave-In treatment for over a year and loving it. Unfortunately this shampoo and conditioner made my hair look very dry. My hair lost its shine and started to look dull and greasy. I've been Aveda customer for over 20 years and always enjoyed all their products that I tried. I am very disappointed with the quality of the Botanical Repair Shampoo and Conditioner and won't be buying it again.

CHANGED PRODUCT QUALITY
I have been using this product over a year and they have changed the product quality in to some type of conditioners which means you CANNOT wash the shampoo away from your scalp and irritation afterwards! We all need to get refunded for this awful shampoo.
