Does what it says on the tin
Mattifying for sure and keeps make up in place and gives also coverage like a concealer. How ever it is a bit grainy and almost like cement on skin so it doesn't blend into the skin as much as I would have hoped for. But if you have some problem area where you don't want your make up to bleed or vanish its is good to use it just for that particular area..

Nice product
This is really nice for filling in the pores and creating a smooth base. It keeps oil at bay for a while but you’ll still need to touch up with powder after a few hours. It does feel a little bit dry on the skin so I’d only recommend it to people with oily, normal or combo skin. It is also really fragranced but I enjoy it as a nice 2 in 1 primer for the oil and the pores

Light but effective
I received a sample of this with one of my orders in error (or perhaps the sample I wanted was out of stock). Anyway, I’m glad I got a chance to try it because I have had a huge pore suddenly appear on my forehead. The primer definitely reduced its appearance, mattified the area and also seemed to make my concealer last longer than usual. The texture is quite light compared to other primers I’ve tried. It is scented (smells lovely) - something to bear in mind. I probably wouldn’t purchase the full size purely because I don’t regularly use primers, but if you do and need a mattifying primer I would definitely recommend.

It’s good
I received a sample of this with one of my orders and decided try it out as I haven’t used anything from his brand before. This is a really nice light primer - goes on easily, not thick at all and seems to absorb well. Make up (foundation in particular) stays in place much better and lasts all day. Would purchase again and would recommend.

Smoothing
I received a sample of this primer with my order and I thought it was effective in creating a smoothing, pore-minimising effect. It was easy to apply makeup over. While I can't see myself reaching for this primer as I prefer a dewy finish to a matte one, the mattifying effect wasn't too harsh which I liked. It also felt less heavy on the skin than most matte primers.
