The best of the best

Better then other
I've been using the Laura Mercier Brow Pencil now for close to three months and I am absolutely in love with it. It was born to be a brow pencil. The consistency is perfect, not too hard or too soft and the colour is just as stunning on my eyes as it is on my eyebrows. If you want to create natural brows that last all day, this is definitely worth investing in!
