Really rich pigmented lipstick
I love this lipstick. I have it in I feel. Firstly the design of it is amazing. It feels so luxurious putting it on as it’s quite heavy and uniquely slim. For me it’s not an everyday lippy but one to wear out as it’s quite pigmented and bright. It glides on and stays on without drying. It’s less Matt than the satin lip and has more of a shine to it.

Great quality
Although my lipsticks collection is huge, I had never had an Hourglass lipstick until I got this one with the Advent Calendar and I couldn´t be happier after trying it! Quality is simply great! It slides super easy, color stays for hours even though it feels quite creamy, super pigmented and comfortable to wear. I always use a lip liner first to avoid the colour going out the edges. The packaging is smart and luxury as well. The product is quite slim and you need to be careful and take it out just a little bit to avoid that is breaks.

Slick design
I love Hourglass, and I love lipsticks, so this purchase was a no-brainer. I have to say that the actual lipsticks and the shades (I have a few) are not my favorites, but I love the slick design and the opportunity to change the actual lipstick within the holder. It is a good item as a gift.

Gorgeous colour
I received the shade At Night in the 2023 advent calendar which is a gorgeous deep red. The application was a bit fiddly because the bullet is so slim but the colour was gorgeous with a lot of staying power. I did feel though that it dried my lips even though I used a lip primer underneath. I will however use it combined with a lip gloss so that it’s not so dry as I love the colour.

Beautiful
Tried out the shade At Night I received in the advent calendar. It applies beautifully, very pigmented and silky feel. The colour is intense, and lasts very long. It does smudge so isn't transfer proof, for those who look for this feature. Normally don't go for reds but glad I have this one in my collection.
