Highly fragrance but nice texture
This is one of the old school balm cleansers and wanted to try again after using lots of others. I will say if you hate any form of smell in your cleanser this was is most certainly not for you, even for me who adores a lovely smelling cleanser this one can be too much - I think also can leave to a bit of a extra oily/film on the skin as the essential oil required you to really get in there to remove. It does melt down into an oil form very easily but due to high essential oil I wouldn't use to remove heavy make-up which is a must for an balm cleanser for me.

Good but film like
This is a good cleanser. Always makes my skin feel really clean but I can’t help noticing it leaves a film like residue which does impart a glow but I’m not crazy about it for this reason. Removed make up really well. 4 stars overall due to the film like residue

Cleansing balm
Received a free sample of this cleanser with an order and was delighted to try it! Consistency and texture I would give 10/10. I would say though that it has a strong smell, which is fine, but if you’re sensitive to smells I would recommend getting a sample or tester first. The muslin cloth is a nice addition. Think it’s a bit overpriced though.

Fab Travel Size!!
This is absolutely one of my favourite cleansers. It was recommended to me over fourteen years ago and I dismissed the advice. Approximately 6 six ago I finally took it and never looked back! It feels nice and encourages you to take time to massage your face (which always feels nice!). It is perfect for removing all make up and if I have a blemish appear I will use it as usual but not put any cream on that area and the blemish reduces dramatically over night. My only reservation is that it's been around so long, are there better cleansers out there now? I may not know for some time!

Strong scent
This is a really effective cleanser and removes all make up, however the scent is strong so may not be for you. Note that the product can vary in colour due to the natural ingredients in it. Eve Lom is a trusted brand but I have other cleansers I prefer although this is a cult product.
