Scoop a pea sized amount onto dry skin and gently massage in circular motions. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and rinse thoroughly. Follow with preferred second cleanser.

Decent for price point
I've always been quite impressed with the Byoma range, especially for the price point. Same with this cleansing balm - it does as good a job as many other, more expensive balms but I find that it doesn't clean or break down makeup as effectively as some of them. Not really a problem if you double cleanse and still really good value for the money.

Can’t go wrong
For the price point it’s amazing. Doesn’t have a strong smell and doesn’t sting eyes. Takes makeup off easily but I do find it takes a while to melt especially in the eye area. I have oily skin and this doesn’t feel stripping or drying. Would definitely repurchase.

The best cleanser!
I bought this the other day - it works so well. Not drying on my skin (I have normal skin - not oily and not very dry) and definitely melts all makeup off, leaving my skin feeling smooth and clean. The packaging is so cute and looks great on my shelf.

An amazing cleanser
This cleanser is amazing. So hydrating but such an incredible affordable balm cleanser. Takes off any makeup or previous skincare and suncream beautifully. Doesn’t leave my skin feeling dry at all like some other cleansers do. I prefer this cleanser to some of my more high end expensive cleansers so I’m glad I found this.

Perfect alternative to Elemis
I have used this product for months and it's my go-to for a moisturising makeup remover and cleanser. It melts down makeup without leaving any residual product or makeup on the skin. It's super affordable and a great alternative to the Elemis balm cleansers. Does the job and doesn't leave skin stripped.
