A bit too ‘powerful’ for my skin
I purchased the Medik8 cleansing oil and surface radiance cleanser together as I’d heard really good things about them. Unfortunately my skin had a really bad reaction after using it and because super dry, tight and my skin felt like sandpaper. It was just too strong for my skin. I am however loving the cleansing oil and would like to try more Medik8 products in the future.

Lovely product
I love this cleanser. It does the job perfectly. I have quite textured skin and breakouts around my chin and I can definitely see the difference in my complexion using this cleanser. The packaging is so sleek and the smell is also very luxurious, smells like oranges. I will be repurchasing this product. It’s not life changing - but it does what it says on the packaging!

Great for Double Cleanse Routine
Medik8 generally never fails to deliver, same here , product does exactly what is says ! I use it as part of a double cleanse ( melt make up of with balm first ) then use this , you can feel how tight and clean your skin feels after ready for toning and serum, and you get a full heavy tube so would last a good 3-4 months IMO

Good
This cleanser is incredibly amazing for textured, acne oily prone skin. The only reason why I gave this 4 stars is because if you have combination skin, eg, dry patches, this will dry those patches out, i have found that using this once a day, at night is the best way to use this for a clean refreshed feeling.

Way too harsh
Sadly, this really messed my skin up. I had very high hopes as I love the cleansing oil. My skin type is normal, sometimes reactive, but I generally can handle quite strong exfoliants and actives (I am not using any currently). This gave me super dry, scaly patches and a lot of texture. I think it was just far too harsh for my skin. I am now using in on my arms and legs in the shower, and it's gotten rid of any and all KP, so at least it won't go to waste!
