It works
I have to say, I'm really enjoying using this retinol serum I recently incorporated into my skincare routine. To be honest, it's the first time I've ever tried a product with retinol, and I have to admit I was a bit apprehensive at first. I've heard people saying about the irritation and dryness that can sometimes come along with using retinol, but I'm pleasantly surprised to say that this particular serum hasn't caused any issues for my skin whatsoever. In fact, it's been working wonders. I apply it every single night before bed, and after about two weeks of consistent use, I started noticing some really nice improvements. My skin has this lovely, smooth texture now, and I've even noticed that my fine lines are starting to become less apparent. It's been super effective at targeting those pesky little lines without any of the unpleasant side effects I was worried about. I'm really impressed with the results I've seen so far, and I plan to keep this retinol serum as a staple in my skincare regimen going forward. It's a really good antiaging serum, in my opinion.

This irritated my skin
I received a sample size of this product with an order. First of all I would never pay that price for a retinol serum. If you want to splurge, i would recommend the medik8 retinal serum. naturium also has a good one. This Augustinus Bader serum irritated my skin so badly and I normally do not have reactive skin. It itched and I got red sports on my face that disappeared when I stopped using this. Would not recommend.

Try It!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I have tried quite a few different serums and the effectiveness of this one is over the top. I noticed visibly reduced fine lines around my eyes and it goes on and feels great. My skin feels smooth and hydrated. Very nice consistency and dispenses without a problem. Love the blue, shiny bottle just don’t understand the packaging. Seems like a waste. Overall still great!

Lovely serum but not a game-changer
I received a 7ml sample of this and finally got around to using it. I appreciated the consistency, that it’s easily absorbed, no scent, and a lovely smooth application. I’m used to retinol, so as expected it didn’t irritate my skin. Would I ever pay full price? Unfortunately not.

Works great, but unaffordable
The only reason I won’t give this serum 5 stars, is the price. Overall, the serum was a delight to use and my skin did look great when using it. The consistency of the serum is more liquid than my usual retinol. This meant only a pea sized amount was needed for my face and neck. And the serum glided over my skin nicely. But using this serum repeatedly and long term unfortunately is not in my budget
