One of my faves!
First and foremost, this absolutely reduces the amount of shedding you get with your hair. I'm not sure how it works alone because I always used it in conjunction with the shampoo but I noticed from the very first use that my hair shed considerably less compared to numerous other shampoos and conditioners. It isn't the most moisturising so maybe go in with a good oil or pre shampoo mask but it works great!

Almost perfect!
I ADORED the fragrance of this shampoo and conditioner. I've repurchased it more times than I can count for the scent alone! I can say I definitelynoticed a reduction in how much hair would shed even whilst shampooing compared to other shampoos and conditioners I've used, so this range absolutely works. My only gripe is I wish the conditioner was just a little more conditioning and smoothing. In terms of moisture and smoothing, it's just average, however it does make the hair feel soft.

Strong fragrance
I was really amazed by this conditioner. When I had it on my hair while in the shower, my hair was not feeling so smooth like how it would have been had I used my usual products by Kerastase, BUT after I dried my hair and slept, I woke up with really nice hair. It felt bouncy. Also, as the title says, this is heavily fragranced so if you're not a fan of the smell like I was, it would be quite annoying as the smell does linger for a long while. However, I am used to it by now so I find it to be okay.

Happy with my purchase
I have been very cautious about buying exfoliating shampoos and the corresponding conditioners because I find that some exfoliating shampoos are effective exfoliating but may strip moisture from the hair and then the conditioners are too light weight to rebalance the moisture. But I find the Bumble and Bumble Full Potential shampoo and conditioner works well together. And I’m satisfied with the moisture I get from conditioner and results overall. This shampoo and conditioner duo are now established in my shampoo conditioner regiment.

This has changed my hair
I started using this, and the matching shampoo along with biotin supplements and a silk pillow - I went all out in tackling my fine, easily broken hair! I’ve really noticed a change and i do believe these full potential products have helped massively. My only complaint is the smell, which is like cheap aftershave. If they could fix that I’d say this was perfect. My hair is now normal thickness and I’ve tons of volume when I style it.
