Doesn't live up to expectations
I use the Mauli skin cleanser and love that, so thought I would give their hair care a try. Sadly, very disappointed. I get that shampoos without SLS won't lather up, but I do expect them to clean. This doesn't. A very expensive trial for me so back to the drawing board

This works!
Right, I was torn between giving 4* and 5* rating to this shampoo and in the end, I decided to go with 5* as it addressed a long-time issue: hair fall. My hair used to fall like water, no matter what shampoo I used, throughout the day, and not just in the shower and after using this shampoo, it stopped. My hair still falls but only while in the shower and in reasonable quantity and nothing afterwards and even during brushing. Which is, just a miracle. And for this, I shall remain indebted to this shampoo. But it does have its negative: it's a little watery in consistency and does not lather up easily, so you end up using quite a bit of the shampoo than you would have otherwise. It smells divine and the fragrance is not at all overpowering. My mane just has a nice bounce to it and my scalp feels rather healthy. Would I buy it again? Well, it's rather pricey, so I'd most definitely be stocking up on it when Space NK next gives offers :-p

Love it!
A harmonious infusion of holy basil, himalayan cedarwood, cardamom, patchouli, vetiver, frankincense and fennel and Ayurvedic super-nutrients argan, aloe vera, turmeric, amla, ashwaghanda, bharami and shikaki. Wow. This is just not a pretty face! My hair felt luxe and the smell is terrific. I do not want a strong floral scent on my hair so much nice to have plant herbal smell. Not a drop of bad ingredients!

Good but..
Love love this shampoo, the smell is devine! Left my dehydrated chemically coloured hair looking and feeling so wonderful, it took a couple of washes to lather up. I bought the conditioner and the hair oil, this works really great with all combined. Bit pricey but its worth it. I am now a big mauli fan!

Not great but beautiful packaging
I was tempted by the lovely packaging and the ayurvedic word... I used it several time, it doesn’t foam and you feel that the hair is not washed properly. It dried my hair. Also started to have itchy scalp afterwards. It is probably better use for short hair.
