strong smell
I like the concept of shower oil, which melts into creamy texture upon contact with water. Shower oil is particularly good for the winter because it is less cooling for the skin. The smell of this shower oil is very very strong, but not too bad. In fact, when I use it in the sauna of my community, I am often asked by other guests who find the aroma very appealing. The muscle relief effect is less evident.

Gorgeous relaxing scent
I lift weights and this does nothing to alleviate sore muscles, probably as it’s washed off. However, it smells beautiful and relaxing. They don’t make a deep relax / sleep shower oil but this does the job. I use it every day after the gym to calm myself. It lathers slightly if you use a shower puff. I’m on my fifth bottle.

Very Nice Shower Oil
The AA Muscle and Shower Oil scent is lovely and it does not dry out the skin. It's pricey for a shower oil so I would only repurchase if on sale. I prefer the Aromatherapy Associates Bath and Shower Oils and I will always continue to stock up on these.
