Very heavy/greasy
I actually like the scent on the oil much better than I did in the fragrance from the same company, but it's a very heavy product. I'm not sure why they refer to it as "lightweight", it never really sunk into my skin at all. I couldn't even call it moisturizing for sure, as I basically ended up wiping it all off me after use. It does feel nice on the skin, but not ideal unless you want it on all your clothes and towels and linens around your house. And at this price it's too expensive to use as a bath oil or similar. Just too greasy for me I'm afraid.

Not easy to apply
I am fond of laura mercier body creams so decided to give this new(?) body oil a try. First of all, the scent is lovely which is light and floral and it is perfect for the warmer days. Whilst it gives a nice hydration to the skin, I found the application rather difficult and it really takes time to obsorb into the skin. I’d rather prefer to use a body cream instead.

Gorgeous fragrance
I bought this in the recent bath and body discount offer. It has a gorgeous fragrance and is very hydrating. I have been using it in the bath rather than applying directly to skin. Very relaxing and tranquil and creates a spa like experience at home. However I think the price is very high for the quantity of product. Would repurchase when there is an offer like recent or similar.
