Developed to calm and clarify, this conditioning shampoo contains keratin to tame flyaway strands, deliver a smoother-looking result and protect against heat damage. Avocado oil and shea butter also help to calm frizz, while marshmallow root works to rid the locks of tangles so that it is easier to comb through after washing.
Only a penny-size amount of the Ouai Thick Hair Shampoo is required for a deep cleanse. Apply to wet hair and massage in gently, paying attention to the back of the head, where the hair can be thickest. After cleansing, rinse thoroughly in warm water.

Worth trying
I have long, thick hair and tried a sample of this over 3 washes. The scent and feel are luxurious, and it was very hydrating in my hair. It didn't wow me but I'm using another brand at the moment which is definitely more drying, so I would try the full size over a longer period of time, especially in winter with heating etc.

Nice shampoo
I never normally use expensive hair care products but wanted to try this out after loving a few other Ouai products. The scent is amazing and lasts in our hair all day, even for a few days later. It does what it says, its a nice quality shampoo and leaves your hair looking amazing. I would finish this product, but not sure on repurchasing often due to the price tag.

Good on coloured hair too
I used to use this on my thick, natural coloured hair but stopped after I started bleaching it. However, after using an emergency sample I have now incorporated it into my routine every other wash to keep my hair really clean from build up. It’s gentle enough for coloured hair, although I wouldn’t recommend it for every wash.

Favourite right now
I really think this is my favourite shampoo right now, it cleanses my hair and scalp without drying it out. lathers very well and I'm in love with the scent (might not be for everyone though!). A little goes a long way, so this should last even for girls with long hair.

Nice
This is a nice shampoo, smells nice, it cleans my hair and scalp well and doesn't irritate my skin or strip my hair. Apart from that, it's just a shampoo, I followed it with the conditioner and it was ok. I didn't think it's attributes warrant the price.
