It is a look!
I think that this is a brilliant product and one of a kind! It has a sort of a gel liner on one side and powder sparkly shadow on the other. I think it is amazing to accentuate the inner corner of the eye and brighten up the whole look. I love that on me, but not everybody does. It is very strong and sparkly so that is why i love it!

Strong, distinctive, thick white eyeliner
I like to line my waterline in a white liner as my eyes are so red all the time! It is increasingly difficult to find a white pencil. Thankfully I found this Inner Light Baton. It's quite thick so possibly would work better on the eyelid as it's just a tad awkward to line my waterline - I still can, though! I don't think the brand is vegan though so that is my mark against it. Otherwise, this is an excellent liner.

Easy to use & fabulous effect
I am on my second one of these magic wands. I am not one to watch YouTube videos about makeup application nor am I willing to go and learn in person but I still like the odd gizmo or two, if they are easy to apply. They don’t come much easier than this. The eye liner glides on and covers a multitude of sins while the glittery side opens your eyes wide, like you’ve never had that night of too little sleep and too much bubbly. Absolutely amazing. Love it.

Love this, but not essential
I got this (in Effervesce) mostly because I wanted a twist up nude eyeliner and was tired of pens that needed sharpening. Love the creamy feeling of the pen that glides on without tugging, and the color is perfect for me -- not too light or dark and with a neutral undertone (maybe slightly towards the pink side). The glitter side is also very pretty -- it gives a fine light shimmer, and I apply it on my inner eye corners and a little on the center of my lids. All in all, very happy with this and will repurchase. Taking 1 star off because it is rather expensive and not an essential product. But for me, this is my perfect nude eyeliner and I like that it comes with the shimmer side so I only need this for brightening my eyes.

Absolutely Adore - Hooked.
I am about to purchase my fourth of these pencils (Shade: Effervesce - Nude). Here's a trick for those who say that the inner-eye shadow falls/spreads: use the pencil underneath on the inner-eye before applying the shadow. This never fails me! I use the pencil first on the corners of my inner eye, top and a bit on the bottom - sometimes I play with how much I use on the bottom. Then I apply the shadow, most often only to my upper inner-eye corner. It definitely makes the eyes pop! Also, since I've found a way to ensure that the shadow does not flake, it is fine for my sensitive eyes, even when I wear my contacts. OK: Yes, the water-line aspect of use does need multiple applications at different points of the day, but hey: it's your waterline and is hence...watery.
