Excellent mascara!
I have a troubled history with mascara. I have tried many in my time and many times I have been disappointed. Many that promised long lasting/no flaking don't last and flake on me, sometimes within a short while of application. I did stop wearing mascara for a while but thought I'd try this one.. But this mascara stays the course. I did have a flake or two under my eyes at the end of what was the hottest day of the year and I think that's quite a result. So I would recommend.

Lovely colour and natural look
Never used a mascara with a wand like this. Like others have said, it gives great separation and length and doesn’t smudge or drop throughout the day. I like the brown colour and use if in the daytime for a very natural look it won’t thicken but it will lengthen and not clump. Not my favourite but definite the one I will use for “no makeup makeup days”. .

Unsure what thy hype is. I found this to be a totally average product which, if you have oily lids, will give you a panda-eye effect. It does however remove really easy when taking off makeup. The packaging is unique. Not worth the price-point in my opinion.
